This fantastic, newly refurbished apartment is just steps away from a Yacht Marina and close to all amenities and bus stops to Valletta, Sliema, st Julian’s and more. Nice restaurants in Ta’ Xbiex, by the sea, are just a 5 minute walk away. Sliema is a 5 minute drive away or 20 minutes by foot. Valletta is 10 minutes away by car or bus.

3 bedroom apartment located on the 4th floor, accessed by lift or by stairs, consisting of a main bedroom, en-suite with toilet, shower and sink, having a window with open country views. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed with space for an extra folding bed. There is a open kitchen/living room between the bedrooms and it is quite spacious with a small balcony. There are 2 sofa’s, one can be used as a sofabed, a large open kitchen having all utensils as well as a dining table.

For extra guests we have folding beds which can be placed anywhere in the apartment.

We offer a Smart TV which you can freely use with your own Netflix account or connecting your phone or tablet with. We also offer free WIFI and all other utilities are included in the price.

Nice restaurants in Ta’ Xbiex are found less than a 5 minute walk away, leading to a long promenade that you can walk to the Sliema ferry to Valletta, Tigné Point shopping mall and walk all the way to St Julian’s.
